PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Deposit/ Payment policy: - A $20 non refundable deposit is required - You have 24hours to send your deposit if fail to do this your appointment will be cancel - NO DEPOSIT= NO APPOINTMENT - Deposits will go towards your total - If you are a new client you must send a screenshot of the deposit being sent - All deposits shall be sent through Zelle or Apple Pay to my number (240)-460-7785 - The remaining balance MUST be paid in cash - Exact amount is to be given as I do NOT give out change Late Policy: - You will be given a 10 minute grace period - After 10 minutes a $10 fee will be added to your total - After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of your service will be charged - Meaning you must be inside my studio room before those 15 minutes are up as my doors will be locked - Please take into consideration that every client has a scheduled appointment, if you are running late please let me know ahead of time - Failing to pay any fees will automatically ban you from booking from the future Cancellation/ Rescheduling/ No show Policy: - No show/ No call will have you banned from booking in the future and 50% of the service will be charged - You are responsible for canceling and rescheduling your appointment - If you need to cancel or reschedule it must be done 24 hours before your appointment time - Anything less than 24 hours will result in you being charged 50% of the service - If you are rescheduling you will only need to send a new deposit - You will only be allowed to reschedule once, after that you will be charged 50% of the service Fill in Policy: - Please book your fill ins between 2-3 weeks - Anything over 3 weeks will be considered a new set - If you come in past the 4 week mark and you still have lashes on please book a removal with your service - You must have at least 40% of lashes on each eye for it to be considered a fill in - Please keep in mind I do NOT work over other lash tech work Squeeze ins - Squeeze in appointments will be considered before 9am and after 6pm Mon, Tue, Thur and after 1pm on Fri and Sat - There will be a squeeze in fee of $30 - Any squeeze ins with a notice of 24 hours or less will have a fee of $50 - All fees must be sent with the original deposit of $20 Reminders - Please come makeup free, no contacts on, no caffeine before your appointment and no extra guest allowed - To receive any free touch ups/ fixes you will have a 48 hours time period to notify me - Any touch ups must be done within 72hours, after that there will be a fee - Please remember to use the bathroom beforehand - Once you have arrived please text me at (240)-460-7785 and I will let you know when I’m ready for you - Once you enter the building come up to the 5th floor and enter where it says oasis office and my room number is 500-A21 If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Sandoval Beaute has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Sandoval Beaute at 12404607785 or sandovalbeaute@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
